We are pleased to offer free shipping to UK and Ireland on orders over £60.

• On orders under £60 – First Class Royal Mail postage and packaging is £3.99 (3-5 Business days)

• International shipping is a flat rate of £10.00. Please note, Kucoon is not responsible for any custom holds, delays or duty/custom fees.

We aim to dispatch your order a soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email so you can keep track of our goods. We know you can’t wait to get your hands on them!!

Kucoon is not responsible for any shipping delays with the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are pretty certain you will completely fall in love with our silk products. We are so sure that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee!

If you feel you want to return your Kucoon product, we will be happy to assist – just email us at info@kucoon.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange your return and refund no problem (less delivery charges). Returns will be accepted within and up to 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return unless it is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original delivery will be deducted.

We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery as you will need proof of posting in the event of postal delay or loss.
